Common questions

• A ride is showing the wrong status. Live wait times come from public wait-time sources and can lag reality by a few minutes, especially right at open/close or during a sudden closure. If something looks stuck or clearly wrong, email us the ride name, park, and approximate time — that's the fastest way to get it fixed.
• A forecast looks off. Forecasts are statistical predictions, not guarantees — unannounced closures, capacity changes, and special events can all move actual waits away from the prediction. Tell us which ride/date/time looked wrong and we'll take a look.
• I want to delete my account or my data. Email us from the address on your account and we'll process the request — see the Privacy Policy for details on what we store and for how long.
• Sign-in isn't working. Try signing out and back in; if that doesn't fix it, email us with which sign-in method (Apple, Google, Facebook, or email) and what device/OS version you're on.
